摘要
本文基于二维粘性数值模拟分析了某透平叶片气膜冷却的效果。在系统分析了冷却气流的喷射速度、喷射角度和温度的影响之后,得到了一些对叶片设计非常有用的结果和结论,同时探讨了本研究发展的数值方法和程序用于工程设计的可能性。
Some numerical results of the two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations to the filmcooling turbine blades were presented in this paper. The influences of the injection velocity, the injection angle of the cooling air ejected from a slit on the suction surface were studied systematically. The results show the possibility and capability of the numerical approach in this kind of problems. It's found that the numerical results provide us some useful information on the film cooling effects and aerodynamic performance due to the jet ejection from slit and the results are reasonable.
