新时期,随着社会、经济和教育的转型,农业高校毕业生的就业工作面临着许多新情况、新问题和新挑战。文章围绕如何将这些新情况、新问题、新挑战转化成新机遇,促进农业高校就业工作这一主题,从高度认识农业高校就业工作的重要意义,正视当前农业高校就业工作存在的困难和问题,以及对策探讨等三个方面展开了论述。

In the new period, with the social, economic and educational transformation, employment of Agricultural University is facing many new situations, new problems and new challenges. Based on how to transform these new situations, new problems and new challenges into new opportunities so as to promote employment of Agricultural University, this paper mainly recognizes the importance of employment from high level, attaches the importance to the current difficulties and problems of employment of Agricultural University, and discusses relative countermeasures on employment of Agricultural University.
