浅谈高等院校中基层教学秘书队伍的建设

Discussion on the Construction of Secretaries Team for Teaching Affairs in the Departments of the Universities

文章分析了高等院校中基层教学秘书工作的性质及特点,阐述了现阶段院(系)教学秘书队伍建设存在的几点问题,在此基础上,提出了对院(系)教学秘书队伍建设的几点建议。

This paper analyzes the nature and characteristic of the teaching secretaries＇ work in the departments of the university, points out several problems in the construction of teaching secretary in the departments. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct these teaching secretaries.
