摘要
本文针对轴配流式曲轴连杆式液压马达配流副泄漏形成机理进行理论研究,对轴配流泄漏特性作了深入细致的分析,建立了配流副的泄漏数学模型,通过相应的仿真研究,获得了其泄漏脉动规律,最后分析了泄漏脉动对马达低速稳定性(爬行)的影响。
This paper theoretically researches leakage formation mechanism of the shaft flow distribution pair in the crankshaft connecting rod type hydraulic motor,thoroughly analyzes the leakage characteristics of the distributor are obtained through the related simulation researches.Finally,it analyzes the effects of leakage pulse on low speed stability of the motor.
