摘要
针对机床主轴系统中应用较广的动静压滑动轴承,给出了压力分布的有限元计算方法;对不同工作条件下压力分布特点及结构参数对压力分布的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明,动静压滑动轴承能综合利用静压和动压轴承的优点,特别适用于宽转速范围的机床主轴中。
This paper presents a finite element method for the hybrid sliding bearings that are applied to precise machine tool spindles.The features of pressure distribution under the different working conditions and the effects of construction parameters on pressure distribution are analyzed.The results show that the hybrid bearings can synthetically make use of the advantages of both hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearings.They are especially suitable for machine tool spindles with wide scope running speed.
