Economies of Scale and Diseconomies of Scale in Vocational Education

职业教育在自身发展过程中,必然要在资源配置逐步市场化的条件下追求规模经济,但盲目扩张和小型化并存的非均衡发展使职业教育自身的规模不尽合理,办学效益还较低,因此必须从宏观上采取有效措施使职业教育的规模适度,克服规模不经济的现象。

In the development of vocational education, it must be in pursuit of economies of scale under the condition of resource allocation gradual adoption in the marketing. Unbalanced development of blind expansion and miniaturization make its special scales unreasonable, hard to form whole advantage, make schools running benefits poor. So it is necessary to take effective measures to form optimum scale and overcome diseconomies of scale in macroscopic view.
