Study on Training New Peasants of Henan Province

河南省作为人口大省和农业大省,新型农民培训任重道远。文章在对河南省农民文化素质分析的基础上,全面总结了河南省新型农民培训的现状,充分挖掘和深刻剖析了目前培训工作存在的问题,并就其以后的顺利开展提出加大资金投入、规范组织管理工作、提高农民的参与积极性等创新性意见。

As an agricultural province with large population Henan has to bear the difficult task of training new peasants. On the basis of analysing the cultural qualities of farmers, this article sums up the status of training comprehensively, taps and discusses various problems fully existing in the project. In the end, several constructive views are put up including increasing the financial input, strengthening the organization and management, raising the enthusiasm of the farmers and so on.
