摘要
本文提出的双光束载波散斑干涉法是将载波原理与双光束散干斑涉法相结合,通过光载波条纹对全场干涉条纹的规范化调制,然后通过计算机进行解调而达到高精度测量的一种新的测试方法。它提高了双光束散斑干涉法的测试灵敏度,精度和扩大了测试范围。
In this paper,the author presents a new measuring methods,thich can be used to en-larged the measurable range and to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the dual-beamspekle interferometry.The new speckle patterns are convenient to be processed by comput-ers.
