摘要
利用硫化氢制取氢气是一种获得廉价氢的方法。采用氧化-电解的双反应器法对含硫化氢气体进行了脱硫制氢研究。试验表明:双反应器法可以在较宽的范围内实现对硫化氢的有效吸收;在常压、70—90℃时,采用含盐酸(5—7M)的氯化铁溶液(0.4—0.8M)处理15—40%的含硫化氢气体,硫化氢的一次吸收率可达60—90%,并可同时制取氢气和硫磺;电解反应器采用石墨为阳极、镀铂石墨为阴极时,阳、阴极电流效率均接近100%,50℃、电流密度1000A/m2下制氢可以达到2.4kWh/Nm3H2的较低电耗水平。在实验条件下,该系统的氧化吸收硫化氢和电解过程均受传质控制,有关制氢指标可望通过加强传质而得以改善。
A cheap hydrogen production method has been studied by an Indirect Electrolysis Process or Two reactor System,which can effectively recover both hydrogen and sulfur from hydrogen sulfide containing gas simultaneously.The results show that:in the absorption reactor,where the temperature is 70—90℃ and an absorbent is composed of chlorate acid(5—7 M)and iron chloride(0.4—0.8 M),the absorption rate of hydrogen sulfide(15—40 V%)in one processing can reach 60—90% and high quality of sulfur can be obtained.At the same time,in the electrolysis reactor,which use carbon fabric as anode and platinum modified carbon fabric as cathode,pure hydrogen can be obtained with the temperature of 50℃,electricity consumption of 2.4 kWh/NM 3H 2 and electricity density of 1000A/m 2.The process in both reactor are controlled by mass transfer step and can be expected to be better by enhancing mass transfer.
