O和N对铸铁中石墨组织及性能的影响

摘要 介绍了w(C)3.3%、w(Si)1.8%的铁液中O2的溶解量,以及O在铁液中的存在状态,并介绍了临界温度对铁液中溶解O量的影响和O对石墨形核及组织的影响,进而指出O对铸铁性能的影响;同时指出了铁液中影响w(N)的因素,以及w(N)对球铁和灰铸铁性能的影响;认为定期对铸件进行含气量分析是十分必要的。 The content of oxygen dissolved in the iron melt containing 3.3% w(C) and 1.8% w(Si) and the existing state of oxygen in iron melt, as well as the influence of critical temperature on the content of the oxygen dissolved in the iron melt were introduced. The influence of oxygen on the graphite nucleation and graphite structure was described, and the influence of oxygen on properties of cast iron was also briefly described. In addition, the factors influencing nitrogen content in iron melt and the influence of nitrogen content on properties of nodular iron and gray iron were summarized. It was pointed out that scheduled gas content analysis of castings is very necessary.
