摘要
针对福建地方生铁w(S)和球化干扰元素多的特点,采用浮Si孕育及正火+回火热处理相结合的工艺,可以生产综合力学性能较好的铁素体+珠光体基体球墨铸铁件,其σb可达460 MPa,δ可达20%,无缺口试样冲击韧度可达100J.cm-2。
In order to improve properties of the nodular irons produced with harmful elements containing Fujian local pig irons, the floating ferrosilicon inoculation process and normalizing plus tempering process was adopted. As a results, the matrix of the nodular iron consisted of both pearlite and ferrite, and its overall mechanical properties have been improved.
