Lost Foam Casting Production Line

介绍了消失模铸造车间的设计和生产线的布置,其中造型工部(生产线)的布置根据所用的铸型输送机类型(或砂箱的输送方式)分为开放式和封闭式;并对生产线工艺装备的设计进行了介绍,包括砂箱尺寸和机构、砂箱数量、砂处理能力和选型、砂箱循环线、砂箱推进器、真空稳压系统和真空接通装置、造型节奏和浇注节奏、造型工位数等的确定。

Design of the lost foam casting foundry shop and the layout of the production line was introduced. The layout of the moulding section/line is classified as open type and closed type according to the type of the adopted moulds conveyer or the transportation method of the flasks. Besides, the design of the toolings and equipments of the production line was also described including dimensions and mechanism of flasks, quantity of flasks, sand treating capacity and type selection, determination of flasks cycling line, flasks pushing machine, vacuum stabilizing system and vacuum connecting device, moulding rhythm and pouring rhythm, number of moulding position, etc.
