摘要
基于 DSP 数字信号处理器磁流变阀流量控制系统,磁流变阀采用电流驱动提高了瞬态响应速度。由于磁流变阀的非线性,采用模糊控制.并利用 DSP 的 PWM 模块输出控制波形,通过调节 PWM 波形的占空比实现了对磁流变阀流量的快速有效控制.
This paper presents a flow control system with magnetorheological valves (MR valve) based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor). The MR valves are driven by current to raise the speed of transient response. The system is controlled by fuzzy method because of the non-linear characteristics of MR valves and makes output of waveform.from the PWM module of DSP. It is realized that a quick and effective control to the flow of MR valves by regulating duty cycle of PWM waveform.
