摘要
介绍了 PCL-833三轴正交计数卡的基本结构和主要性能,根据传动误差的产生机理和测量原理规划测量过程,设计出一套行星传动误差测量软件系统,实现了行星传动误差的准确测量。试验结果表明,该系统稳定、可靠,有较好的应用前景。
The basic structure and main performance of the PCL-833 triaxial cross stub card are introduced. The process of measurement is planned according to the mechanism of driving error and the measuring principle. A set of software system is developed for realizing the accurate measurement of the planetary driving error. The experimental results indicate the system is stable and reliable which possesses better applied prospects.
