学会发现问题 促进网上学习的真正发生--基于网上学习中发现问题方式的中英比较 被引量:5

Problem-based Online Learning——A Sino-UK Comparison of How Learners Identify Problems in Online Learning

摘要 发现问题是网上学习真正发生的起点,然而有研究表明,不善于发现问题是我国学习者的一大"软肋",已经严重阻碍了我国学习者网上学习的有效性。本文运用比较研究的方法,对网上学习中发现问题的方式进行了初步研究。对案例课程中网上讨论文本的内容分析显示,中英学习者在发现问题的方式上具有明显差异。对中英差异的认识不仅有助于认识发现问题的方法和规律,也对我国学习者学会在网上学习中发现问题有所启示。 With the rapid development of online learning, there accompanies a growing concern and some skepticism about the educational quality. Technology itself cannot solve all problems in learning. Further development of online learning needs to transform people’s mentality about learning. Finding problems is the starting point for real learning to happen online. However, studies prove that finding problems is a major weakness of Chinese learners, which has seriously hampered the effectiveness of online learning in China. Based on the course Professional Development: Cross Cultural Online Community, an eChina-UK project, the authors explore the ways of problem finding in online learning with a comparative approach. Content analysis of online discussion transcripts in the course shows that there are significant differences in the ways of problem finding between Chinese and British learners. The authors also put forward suggestions for Chinese learners on how to find problems in their learning.
