本文在对油包水乳化液的微观机构进行分析的基础上，对高含水油包水乳化液的稳定性机理进行了实验研究，初步分析了它的流变性质。本文的研究对于油包水乳化液降低成本，提高性能的发展具有重要的理论意义。

This paper carries out theoretical and experimental study of its stability mechanism, and gives emphasis to analyzing the rheological property of the emulsion. These results obtained in this paper are of importance for reducing production cost and improving property of W/O emulsion.
