摘要
为了解二台加氢反应器实际操作条件对2(1/4)Cr1Mo钢的时效作用,本文首次在国内对二块随加氢反应器进行了近50000h带焊缝的2(1/4)Cr1Mo钢试板在不同条件下进行了断裂韧度的测试。结果表明试板母材的断裂韧度仍较高,具有足够的韧性储备,而焊缝金属因硅和磷含量较高,已有明显脆化。
In order to understand the ageing of 2 1/4 CrlMo steel under real operational conditions in two hydroc-rackers,this paper studies the fracture toughness of two test blocks placed inside the in-service hydrocrackers for about 50,000 hours. This is the frist time to do such kind of tests in China. The tests were carried out under various conditions. The results show that the fracture toughness of the base metal is still sufficiently high, with enough reserve,but the weld metal was significantly embrittled due to the higher content of Si and P.
