云南地方云岭黑山羊和龙陵黄山羊生长及屠宰性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 试验对成年云南地方云岭黑山羊和龙陵黄山羊的生长及屠宰性能进行研究。新出生的云岭黑山羊和龙陵黄山羊各16只用于本试验。试验山羊采用白天放牧、晚上补饲的半放牧饲养方式,补充饲料粗蛋白18.5%、代谢能12.5MJ/kg。饲养360d后,屠宰云岭黑山羊和龙陵黄山羊各8只。结果表明:虽然云岭黑山羊出生体重显著高于(P=0.03)龙陵黄山羊,但成年羊屠宰体重2品种差异不显著(P>0.05)。胴体品质和组成各项指标云岭黑山羊与龙陵黄山羊差异不显著。非胴体组织器官相对重量,云岭黑山羊除肠重比显著大于龙陵黄山羊外(P=0.03),其他指标2品种差异不显著。本试验表明,成年云岭黑山羊与龙陵黄山羊生长及屠宰性能相似,均具备培育肉用山羊的良好条件。 The objective of this study was to determine the growth performance and slaughter traits of Yunnan indigenous Yunling and Longling goats on semi-intensive system. Sixteen newborn Yunling and sixteen newborn Long ling goats were used in this experiment. All experimental goats were pasteurized on day and were reared on the concentration feed at night after the weaning of 90 days. The concentration included 18.5% CP and 12.5 MJ/kg ME. At the age of 360 days, eight Yunling and eight Longling mature goats were selected to slaughter for the analysis of growth performance and slaughter traits. Yunling goats had the heavier newborn body weight (P = 0.03) than Longling, while there was no significance difference in slaughter weight between Yunling and Longling goats. Moreover, no significance differences were observed in carcass traits and carcass components between Yunling and Longling goats. Yunling goats had significantly greater (P 〈 0.05) intestine proportion compared to Longling goats, and no significance differences were observed in the other non-carcass tissue proportions between Yunling and Longling goats. These findings of this experiment showed that the growth performance and slaughter traits of Yunling and Longling goat were similar, and both breeds were suitable for the potential of meat-type goats.
