摘要
对 Hoagland 完全培养液水培的烟草幼苗进行 BR 叶面喷施和浸根处理,以研究 BR 对烟草根系活力及物质代谢的影响。结果表明,0.04ppm 或0.05ppmBR叶面喷施或浸根可提高烟草根系伤流量,提高根系伤流液中 P_2O_5和还原糖含量,增强根系硝酸还原酶活性,进而提高根系及叶片内尼古丁含量.
In order to study the effects of 24-Epi brassinolide(BR)on tobacco root system activ-ity and substance metabolism,BR was utilized to spray the leaves and soak the roots of to-bacco sprouts water cultured by Hoagland complete culture liquid.The results showed that spraying leaves or soaking roots with 0.01ppm or 0.05ppm could increase the bleeding amount of tobacco root system,enhance the contents of P_2O_5and reducing sugar,and rein-
force the activity of nitrate reductase.Therefore,the contents of nicotine was increased in its root system and leaves.
