拮抗酵母菌和根霉菌对灵武长枣主要防御酶系的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过接种拮抗酵母菌LZ1和黑根霉(Rhizopus nigricans)等手段,研究拮抗酵母菌和优势致病菌对灵武长枣果实多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等主要防御酶系的影响。结果表明,拮抗酵母菌LZ1能显著提高灵武长枣果实中PPO和SOD活性,降低POD活性,抑制病斑扩展。
