摘要 冰川微生物多样性的研究是丰富物种多样性、开发地球生物资源的重要途径与方式,也能为更加合理的解释冰川微生物与气候环境的关系提供依据。阐述了冰川微生物的分布,极地、海冰、大陆高山等地区冰川微生物多样性的研究进展,并介绍了研究方法、研究意义及前景展望。 Study on the diversity of glacial microorganism is an important way and pattern to enrich species diversity, and to develop global bio-resourees, as well as could provide basis to explain the relation of glacial microbe and climate changes more reasonably. Distribution of glacial microorganisms, advances in microbial diversity in polar region, sea iceberg, continental high mountains, and others were expatiated in this article, research methods, significances, outlook, and prospect were also introduced.
