金黄色葡萄球菌是一种常见的致病菌,可以产生多种毒素并具有广泛的耐药性。从特异性基因位点、抗药性基因和毒素基因3个方面列举了检测金黄色葡萄球菌的靶基因以及利用这些靶基因的PCR检测方法。详细说明了这些基因的发现、功能和实际应用情况。将金黄色葡萄球菌分子检测的思路和方法进行汇总、比较,并对未来的相关研究趋势和研究领域进行了展望。
Staphylococcus aureus (SA) is a common pathogenic bacterium; it could produce many kinds of toxin and possesses wlde-range of drug resistances. In this article PCR methods to detect SA target genes and the use of these genes were summarized in three aspects, the specific gene sites, drug-resistant genes, and toxic genes. The discoveries, functions and practical applications of these genes were illustrated in detail. The trains of thought and methods in molecular detection of SA were pooled, compared, and prospected the correlated research tendency and domain of study.
