摘要
研究了凝固冷速和热处理对铸造镍基高温合金K403显微组织的影响。结果表明,浇注温度为1460℃时,采用880℃填砂造型或950℃单壳浇注可细化合金中的γ′相。铸态的K403合金采用900℃/16h和980℃/5h时效处理能获得由细小M6C和M23C6碳化物组成的弯曲晶界。
The effect of solidification cooling rate and heat treatment on the microstructure of cast Ni- based superalloy K403 were investigated in. The results indicate that employing the shell temperature of 880℃ with back sand or 950℃ single-shell at the pouring temperature of 1460℃ can obtain fine γ' phase. Aging treatment at 900℃/16h and 980℃/5h for K403 can achieve fine M6C和M23C6 carbides which distributed at the grain boundaries.
