摘要 在分析现有锅炉炉膛火焰检测系统的基础上,提出了利用内窥式全炉膛火焰检测和数字图像处理技术提取并存储火焰图像及其参数的方案。该系统已在国产200MW机组锅炉上进行了工业性试验,取得了满意的效果。系统能监视燃烧工况并在危险时自动报警、存储相应火焰图像,因此可以用于全炉膛灭火保护和事故分析。文中对系统软、硬件体系作了详细地说明。 On the basis of analyzing current boiler furnace flame detecting systsm,this paper presents a method which uses whole-furnace flame detecting and digital image processing terhnique to acquire and save flame image and its parameter. This system has been proven to be satisroctory in 200MW uait. The system supervises the condition of combustion infor the furnace, which cau automatically alarm and save flame image in case of danger. So the system can serve as whole-furnace flame protector and accident analyzer. The hardware and software of this system are also presented in detail in this paper.
