超大型化工压力容器，体积和自重大，技术要求、制造难度高。文中对放样下料、锥形体、圆筒体卷制、加工、装配、焊接、水压试验等关键工序的制造工艺作了分析，采取的工艺措施取得较好效果。

Super large-size chemical vessels feature for large volume and big dead weight, high terhnical requirement and manufacturiug difficulty. This paper makes an analysis of the critical manufacturing process,including lay-out, material preparation,rolling of cone section and cylinder section, machining, welding and hydrostatic test, etc. which are proven to be quite successful.
