摘要
目的研究16层螺旋CT牙科软件及多种重建功能在牙槽骨骨折诊断中的作用,以指导临床诊治。方法应用16层螺旋CT作精细扫描(0.5mm或1mm层厚),使用牙科软件及重建功能对相应的CT扫描数据进行多种重建,获得矢状面、冠状面、各种斜位及三维立体图像。结果重建出多种位置的图像分别观察(尤其是矢状面图像)。在牙科软件重建的矢状面图像上确诊21例共66处牙槽骨骨折。牙科软件可清晰显示牙槽骨骨折的方位、长度、移位程度、是否合并牙根骨折及骨折线与牙根的关系,对其他影像学检查方法不易显示的牙槽骨骨折的诊断有着不可替代的作用。结论16层螺旋CT牙科软件可清晰的检出牙槽骨骨折,明显优于其他影像学检查方法,具有重要的实用意义和推广价值。
Objective To diagnose the fracture of alveolar bone for guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatments using a dental software and various reconstructive functions of 16 slice spiral CT. Methods The 16 slice spiral CT was fine in scan (0.5mm or l mm slice thickness), the dental software and reconstructive functions carried on coronal, sagittal, oblique sections and three - dimension reconstructive images were used. Results The images reconstituted various position were observed, especially for the form of sagittal sections, Twenty - one patients with the fracture of alveolar bone had 66 focuses. The dental software clearly showed the directions, length, moving form in the fracture of alveolar bone and the relation between the bone fracture line and the tooth root. This is not instead of other images. Conclusion The dental software of 16 slice spiral CT provides dependable basis in diagnosis of the fracture of alveolar bone.
