本文利用一元回归分析法，对大修柴油机的余隙容积进行了预测．具体做法是通过测量机体平面到活塞顶面的距离、运用一元回归直线方程以及选用不同厚度的缸盖垫片来保证柴油机的余隙容积，从而保证压缩比．

In this paper, one-dimension regress ion ana lys is has been used to predict theclearance volume of an overhauled d iesel engine. Specifically, an adequate compressedvolume of the engine may be provided by measuring the distance from the cylinder blockplane to the piston top, applying one-dimension regression linear equat ion and us ingdifferent thicknes ses of cylinder head gaskets, whereby to ensure a required compressionratio.
