水热法合成金红石型TiO2微米花的研究 被引量:1

Study on rutile TiO_2 microflowers synthesized via hydrothermal method

摘要 采用水热法在玻璃基板上制备了TiO2微米花,研究了反应物TiCl3的起始浓度、反应温度和反应时间对生成产物的形貌与晶型影响,并对产物进行SEM和XRD表征。结果表明:生成的TiO2晶体为金红石型,TiO2微米花的直径约2μm,它由TiO2纳米棒自组装而成,TiO2纳米棒呈现长方体形,棒径约50nm,棒长大约1μm。 The TiO2 microflowers were prepared on the glass substrates via hydrothermal method, The effects of the concentration of TiCl3, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the morphology and crystal form of products were studied, the as-prepared TiO2 was characterized by both SEM and XRD. Results show that the products are rutile TiO2, the as-prepared TiO2 microflowers which diameter is about 2 um are assembled from TiO2 nanorods, The TiO2 nanorods appear in the cuboid and its diameter is about 50 nm and the length is about 1 um.
