摘要
本文分析了减压轴氮化前用汽油清洗产生花斑的原因;通过去污机理的研究,比较了几种表面活性剂的渗透、分散能力,并选择了辛烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚一10作为清洗剂的必要成分.由于硅酸钠有防止污垢再沉积、软化水、悬浮污垢等优良特性,因此以其为助洗剂研制而成的D-1清洗剂使用效果良好.这一清洗剂的研制成功解决了长期存在的产生花斑的质量问题,节约了宝贵的汽油,取得了较大的经济效益.
In this paper, ana lysis has been conducted to find out the cause for speckformat ion on a pressure reducing axis cleaned with gasoline before nitriding, comparisonmade of several surface active agent s regarding to their permeability and dispersive power,and TX-1O selected to be a necessary component of D-1 cleaner, which is composed of sodiumsilicate, a cleaner aid having good proper ties of inhibiting dirt redepositing, softeningwater and suspending contaminant, and has been applied with satisfactory result. Thesucessful development of this cleaner has solved the problem of speck formatiou, a matterof quality, provided saving on precious gasol ine and obta ined more cons iderableeconomical benifit.
