挺柱陶瓷镶块的材料与工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 钎焊接合的陶瓷-金属复合挺柱,装在汽车发动机上,工作1160h后,陶瓷镶块自身磨损量约为0.25μp,其对偶件45号淬火钢凸轮的磨损量为3.14μp。而同样条件下,冷激铸铁挺柱的磨损量为10.44μp,与其配对的45号淬火钢凸轮磨损量为8.72μp。陶瓷挺柱与金属挺柱相比,不仅自身耐磨性好,而且具有减磨特性。 Ceramic- metal tappet combined by braze welding was tested in automobile engine. After 1160 hours running, the wear of the ceramic insert itself is 0. 25μp, while that of the quenched 45 steel counterface is 3. 14μm. Under the same testing condition, the wear of chilled cast iron tappet is 10.44μm, while that of the quenched 45 steel counterface is 8 .72μm. Compared with metal tappet, ceramic tappet shows not only better wear resistance, but also better wear - reducing property.
