摘要
分析了三种凸轮型线的气门振动加速度自功率谱的测量结果,提出了凸轮型线动态特性的综合评价指标——信噪比,详细讨论了几种工作段和缓冲段型线对信噪比的影响,最后阐述提高信噪比和高信噪比凸轮型线的设计方法。
In this paper, the results measured by the spectra of valve vibration acceleration of three eam profiles are analyzed, and sign and noise(S/N) ratio- a comprehensive evaluation target of dynamic characteristics for cam profiles is proposed. The influence of the profiles at each working section and buffer section on the S/N ratio is discussed. Finally, the design methods of raising S/N ratio and eam profile for high S/N ratio are expounded.
