摘要
目的评价小鼠Lewis肺癌胸腔移植模型和皮下移植模型对不同药物治疗的反应。方法建立小鼠Lewis肺癌胸腔和皮下移植模型,分别随机分为对照组、顺铂(DDP)组、吉西他滨(GEM)组和中药组。采用不同药物干预后,观察小鼠的一般生活状态、生存时间、体重、饲料消耗量、游泳试验时间及常压耐缺氧试验时间。结果在不同药物干预下,胸腔移植模型DDP组、GEM组和中药组小鼠生活状态有所好转,生存时间延长、体重和进食均较相应对照组增加(P<0.05),游泳实验和耐缺氧实验时间均有所延长(P<0.05)。结论小鼠Lewis肺癌胸腔移植模型较皮下移植模型可以较好地反映药物的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of two rat models in investigating the response of two kinds of mice bearing Lewis lung cancer models to the intervention of different drugs. Methods We established the thoracic cavity implant model and the subcutaneous implant model in rats. Under the intervention of different drugs, the quality of life, survival time, weight, consumption of feeds, the time of swimming experiment and the hypoxia tolerance experiment under normal air pressure were observed. Results Compared with subcutaneous implant group, the thoracic cavity implant group was easier to show the increases in the survival time, body weight, consumption of feeds, the time of swimming experiment and the hypoxia tolerance experiment under normal air pressure after intervention with different drugs. Condusion The thoracic cavity implant model of the mice bearing Lewis lung cancer is better to reflect the medicine function and the quality of life than the subcutaneous implant model.
