摘要
在一种零件上设计有许多对称相同的弯曲结构件,采用斜楔式顺序弯曲模一次弯曲成形。侧弯曲凸模在侧弯曲凸模凸轮压块的楔面作用下顺序进入凹模冲压成型。然后在凸轮滑动块拉杆的作用下带动侧弯曲凸模凸轮滑动块滑动,使侧弯曲凸模在弹簧作用下复位。
Designed on one kind of components many symmetrical and same curving structural elements, using a Slanting wedge type Order die curving form one time. The side curving raised die entered the concave die ramming orderly under the effort of side curving raised die cam briquetting wedge surface. Then skids under the block tension bar function in the cam to lead the side curving raised die cam to skid the block to skid, caused the side curving raised die to reposition under the spring function
