高糖对体外培养的肾小管上皮细胞CD146表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 CD146最初是从黑色素细胞瘤上发现的黏附分子,能介导细胞间同型或异型黏附,在维持组织完整性、参与跨膜的信号传导和促进血管新生等方面发挥重要生理功能。我们已经通过体外培养的方法在健康人肾小管上皮细胞(HK-2)中发现了CD146的表达㈦;而肾脏病理状态下CD146与肾小管上皮细胞(TEC)的关系还不清楚。我们通过体外培养的方法来研究高糖对人近端肾小管上皮细胞CD146表达的影响,为探讨肾小管问质病变在糖尿病肾病(DN)中的发病机制提供新的思路:
