摘要
研究结果表明:普通小麦在6B染色体上显现出强的Ag-NORs,而在1B染色体上则呈现出弱的Ag-NORs;栽培二棱皮大麦在第6和第7对染色体上均呈现出明显的Ag-NORs。此外,在本实验条件下,供试材料染色体上的着丝点均同时被银弱染。对产生此现象的原因,进行了初步讨论。
The results of the study carried out on Triticum Aestivum(“Yuxi 788”CV.2n=6x=42)and Hordeum Distichon(beer barly,2n=2x=14)chromo-some by silver staining are as follows:T.aestivum shows stronger Ag-NORson 6B chromosome and weaker on 1B chromosome;H distichon shows clearAg-NORs on both the 6th and 7th chromosome.In addition,the Kinetochoreson the chromosome of the experimental material is weakly stained by AgNO_3.
