摘要
高速钢铣刀刃磨后采用甲酰胺-醇胺电解液体系、液相等离子电解碳氮共渗工艺对其进行后续处理,作成金相试样,测定渗层厚度币口硬度。在XK7145A数控铣床上进行实切性实验,经过处理后的高速钢刀具的耐用度平均比未处理高速钢刀具提高3倍以上。
Using formylamide alcohol amine electrolyte fluid phase plasma electrolysis carbonitriding method for high speed steel milling-tool succeeding handling process after sharpening and making the metallographic specimen for measuring thickness and hardness of infiltration layer. Doing the experiment on the XK7145A NC milling machine, the result indicates the incor-ruptibility of handling high speed steel milling-tool increase 300% than no handling.
