Discussion on the "Weakening" of the Matrix of Diamond Tool

本文针对金刚石工具的磨损特性，提出了胎体材料的性能“弱化”的概念，通过对“弱化”问题的度量、方法、模型及意义的描述和讨论，确定了用切割指数Z作为弱化度量，阐明了弱化的目的在于优化的新概念。

According to the wearing characteristics of diamond tools, the concept of 'weakening'of the matrix is proposed in this paper. The measuring, method, model and meaning of 'weakening' were described and discussed, and the cutting index Z was used to measure matrix weakening. A new concept that weakening is to lead to optimizition was also indicated in this article.
