摘要
根据塑料肥皂盒上盖的工艺特性,设计了一模两腔的工艺方案及潜伏式浇口,保证了塑件的表面质量与美观效果,并设计了合理的模具结构,采用镶拼式的成型零件降低了加工难度及成本,缩短了模具制造周期。
One-mold-two-cavity and submarine gate are introduced in the design to guarantee the surface quality and visual effect. And the reasonable mold structure specially designed and the unique shaping parts can greatly decrease the difficulties and costs for a shorter mold manufacturing period.
