摘要
目的探讨超声在产前诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法对3251例胎儿的系统超声检查结果进行分析。结果发现胎儿畸形175例,其中单发畸形147例,复合畸形28例。结论对胎儿进行系统超声检查可提高胎儿畸形的检出率。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound systemic screening in pre-natal fetal malformations. Methods The findings of ultrasound systemic screening in 3251 fetuses were analyzed. Two- dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） were performed in the above cases. Results Fetal malformations were found in 175 patients, including 147 single and 28 complex malformations. Conclusions Ultrasound systemic screening is effective for the diagnosis of fetal malformations.
