国兰—金嘴组培苗快速生根培养的研究

Study on rapid rooting culture of tissue cultured seedlings of National Cymbidium

用国兰金嘴的茎尖诱导产生的原球茎形成的无根幼苗为材料,在生根培养基上研究其的MS母液的用量、生长激素（NAA）浓度和糖源（葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、淀粉）对金嘴生根的影响,结果表明：最适宜生根的培养基为1/2MS,根粗苗壮;生长激素对生根最好是NAA,其最佳使用的浓度范围为0.3-0.5mg/L,最好的糖源是葡萄糖,其最佳用量20g/L,表现为生根快、发根率高、根粗、苗壮、均匀。

With the rootless young sprout as materials, the caulis point of Cymbidium（cultivars Jinzui） was used to induce output of original bulbous （root form caulis） in the formation of rootless young sprout. Some factors of mother liquid content, different auxin （NAA） density and different sugar（ glucose,fructose, sucrose, starch） in the culture＇ medium and root circumstances were studied. The result showed： the most suitable and proper culture medium was 1/2 MS, the root quality was good,seedling was strong, the best auxin was NAA, its optimal concentration was 0.3 -0.5mg/L, the best sugar was glucose, the optimum concentration was 20g/L, which mainly manifested as rapid rooting , high rooting percent, coarse roots, strong seedling and uniform.
