In the paper, the author sums up the mature educational training mode of farmers and herders in China, analyzes the dilemma and condition of educational training work of farmers and herders in Tibet, explores educational training mode of farmers and herders, and holds that industrial development model, spot conduction mode and capable person cultivation mode should be paid to farmers and herders who are engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry, meanwhile, order form input mode that assisted by other modes should be choosed to farmers and herders who are engaged in non- agricultural industry.
