描述了高校后勤收发室信息化服务管理的现状,分析了当前管理中存在的各种问题以及服务要求,并针对性的提出了的解决方案。
In this article,it described the present situation of information service management in the university rear service message center , analyzed the exisiting problems and service request of management at present, and some corresponding measwres were offered.
