摘要
新时期"三农"问题已成为我国各种问题中的重中之重。而农民问题的实质是农民权利问题,那么农民权利保护程度如何,如何保护农民权利就显得犹为突出和格外重要。
Tile issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers has become the most important problem in our country. The essence of the issue of farmers is the problem of their fights and benefits. Therefore, the extent of the protection and how to protect farmers＇rights and benefits become extremely projecting and essential.
