摘要 1954年，由Robert Good报道了1例成人胸腺瘤合并低丙种球蛋白血症，首次提出胸腺瘤和免疫缺陷间存在联系^[1]。迄今为止，虽然该病症还没有明确的诊断标准，但国际免疫学会联盟专家委员会已将其归类为原发性免疫缺陷的一个特殊病症．称Good综合征（GS）。该病临床罕见,
