超高速砂轮的强度及基体优化 被引量:3

摘要 超高速磨削必须使用超高速砂轮。超高速砂轮基体设计是砂轮技术的关键。本文分析了超高速砂轮的结构特点,建立了基体强度计算及花形优化的数学模型,并基于实用化进行了截形的线性化拟合。从而为我国超高速砂轮的标准化设计提供一定的依据。 Nothing but ultra-high speed grinding wheel is available in UHSG grinding. Hub design is one of the most important technologies. Considering the characteristics of UHSG wheel, this paper presents a mathematical model for the optimum design of the wheel hub, and gives the linear approximation for practice. All that can be helpful for the normalization design of UHSG wheel.
