高师音乐教育要重视对学生从教能力的培养

The Importance of Training Students' Teaching Capacity in Music Instruction of Normal Universities

文章对高师音乐教育中普遍存在的教学结构和学生认知结构体系不合理的现象及其成因和根源进行了分析,并着眼于中学音乐教育的实际,从加强学生语言表达能力的训练、重视学生组织教学能力的训练、强化学生板书设计练习等方面展开了系统的论述,提出了突出基础、突出实践活动、突出从教技能等相关对策,强调学科性与师范性相统一的原则。

Starting with the common irrationality in the system of instructional framework and students＇ cognitive structure in music education of normal universities, the author of this paper aims, based on her practice of music instruction for years, to probe into the cause of such a phenomenon and to expound systematically on the reinforcement of cultivating students＇ linguistic competence and teaching arrangement ability, and on the strengthening of students＇ practice in blackboard writing in line with the reality of music education at middle schools. Besides, relevant countermeasures are advanced to highlight basic knowledge and practice and to emphasize teaching techniques, etc, which fully embodies the principle of unity between scientificality and normal education features.
