知识产权法教学若干问题思考

Considerations on Some Issues in the Instruction of Intellectual Property Law

基于知识产权法的特点,在教学中要特别注重其民事、行政和刑事法律相结合的一体化思路,应辅之以必要的法外专业知识,应注重知识产权与相关有形财产权以及与其它无形财产权,其国内法与国际法,本国法与外国法之比较分析法,亦应注意实例分析法和因材施教等教学方法和手段的适用。

Given the features of the intellectual property law, special attention should be paid, in instruction, to the unity integrating civil, administrative and criminal laws, accompanied by the teaching of necessary professional knowledge of other disciplines. Moreover, due emphasis should also be placed on the comparative study of the intellectual property law and relevant laws on tangible and intangible assets, of its domestic law and the international law as well as of the law in China and in other countries. In addition, priority should be given to the use of analyzing legal cases with examples and to approach of teaching students according to their aptitude.
