摘要
目的：探讨微创治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法：根据CT定位,使用YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎仪对颅内血肿碎吸引流。结果：成活102例,死亡18例。结论：微创治疗高血压脑出血,操作简便、安全,疗效好,费用低,是对高血压脑出血有效的治疗方法。超早期（3-6h）手术可减少脑组织的继发性损害。
Objective： To explore into the effects of mi-nimal invasive therapy on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： YL-1 intracranial hematoma crasher was used to crash and drain the hematoma based on CT localization. Results： In 120 cases, 102 cases were cured and 18 cases were dead. Conclusion： The minimall invasive treatment of hematoma is simple and safe in operation, with satisfied effects and low expenses.
