摘要
根据露天煤矿高台阶抛掷爆破现场工况和相似准则,建立了高台阶抛掷爆破的相似试验模型,推导了相似常数。在实验室进行了单孔抛掷爆破试验,观测了台阶爆破漏斗形成过程,分析了抛掷速度及分布规律。试验表明模拟煤层的部分基本上无破坏,爆破设计应采用欠深预留保护层来保护底部煤层不受抛掷损害作用。
According to the actual condition of high bench in open cut coal mines and similarity law,a similarity model of high bench casting blast experiment was built and similarity constant was deduced.The single-hole casting blast experiment was conducted in lab.The formation process of blasting crater was observed and the casting velocity and its distribution rule was analyzed.The experiment indicates that the part simulating coal layer was not damaged to some extent,and suggests that less-deep protection layer should be reserved in order to prevent coal layer from damage.
