摘要
为探讨紫外线对人体皮肤早期损伤的量效特性,在东北地区紫外线不同暴露水平的人群中观察了470人皮肤形态学改变;43人皮肤穿刺样本的组织学、免疫学改变及DNA的变化。结果表明:紫外线对皮肤老化有明显作用,高暴露人群皮肤老化危险性比低暴露人群高1倍,老化发生时间提前10年,皮肤朗罕氏细胞数亦有减少趋势,但未检出P53抑癌基因诱变。
To explore the characters of dose effect ralationship between the early dermal Impairment and the intesity of ultraviolet radiation(UVR) among the population exposed to UVR with different levels in North East of China the epidemiological observation on the changes of skin surface texture in 470 subjects and histological,immunological,DNA changes in 42 skin puncture specimens was made.It was found that ultraviolet radiation contributed greatly to the occurrence of skin ageing.Skin ageing in high exposed group occurred 10 years earlier than that in control,and its' relative risk doubled the control.There was a trend of decrease in Langerhan's cell,but none mutation of P53 tumor suppressor gene was detected.
